What is Tracksy?
Tracksy makes ready-to-use Google Sheets templates and planners for everyday money and life admin. Our first tool is the Household Money Planner, a Google Sheets budget planner with a free and a Premium edition.
Do I need Excel or special software?
No. Tracksy tools run in Google Sheets, which is free with a Google account. They work in the Google Sheets app on phones and tablets and in any web browser.
How do I get my planner after checkout?
You can download a PDF straight after checkout, and it's emailed to you too. The PDF has a "Make my copy" button that puts your own copy of the planner in your Google Drive.
Is the free budget planner really free?
Yes. The free Household Money Planner includes a dashboard, a monthly budget, 300 transaction rows with automatic categories and bill tracking. Checkout is $0 and no card is needed.
What does Premium add?
All 18 tabs: 2,000 transaction rows, bank import, savings goals, a yearly costs fund, debt payoff (snowball or avalanche), couple split, kids costs, a year view, net worth, side income, tax time, a Money Health Score and 9 colour themes including dark mode.
Does it connect to my bank?
No. There's no bank login or syncing. You type your transactions or paste them from your bank's export, and everything stays in your own Google account.
Is it a subscription?
No. Every Tracksy tool is a one-time purchase and your copy is yours to keep.
Can I use it outside Australia?
Yes. The planner has presets for 16 countries (currency, tax year and local shop names) plus an "Other" option.
Can my partner use it with me?
Yes. Share your copy in Google Sheets like any other sheet. Premium's Couple tab splits shared costs and shows who owes whom.

12-month warranty on all products. If it breaks, we replace it.
