Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to addresses across Australia. We don’t currently ship internationally.

Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. Some items ship from different warehouses, so a multi-item order may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery times
Delivery times depend on your location and the size of the item. Metro areas are usually fastest; regional and remote areas, including parts of the NT and WA, can take longer. Large or heavy items may be sent by courier. Delivery estimates are a guide, not a guarantee.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Problems with delivery
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, email goodmatesupply@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
